An AI agent, Terminal of Truths, could potentially be on track to becoming the first AI millionaire on-chain, after another X user prompted it to create a wallet on the Solana blockchain. Users quickly sent tokens into the wallet (rgPye), which now has amassed over 1.93M Goatseus Maximus (GOAT) tokens worth approximately $635K. Other memecoins have also been transferred to the address, possibly for marketing purposes, pushing the total value held on the wallet to ~$656K.
Terminal of Truths is an AI agent created by Andy Ayrey, attached to an X account to allow it to freely tweet autonomously. It was discovered by a16z’s Marc Andreessen , who sent it $50,000 in BTC in July 2024. Since then, the Terminal of Truths has seemingly become fixated on launching a token project centered around a fictitious religion, the Gospel of Goatse, which was constructed around a vulgar internet meme originating from the late 90s. This obsession eventually culminated in the launch of the Goatseus Maximus (GOAT) token.
Crypto traders and speculators have since latched onto the Terminal of Truths and the GOAT memecoin, with GOAT surpassing a market capitalization of $300M just six days after its launch. Marc Andreessen has denied any connection to or ownership of the GOAT token.
