The Ethereum validator exit queue has dropped to zero. No ETH is currently queued for unstaking, marking a shift from previous periods in September and October 2025 of elevated exit pressure.
Today, anyone who wants to unstake their ETH can do so immediately - but very few want to. Exit queues usually swell during periods of stress, as stakers withdraw. An empty queue is the opposite signal: stakers have long-term conviction.
Meanwhile, while few are unstaking, roughly 2.48 million ETH is queued to get in, facing waits of around 43 days. Capital is flowing into staking which is tightening the supply of liquid ETH and pointing to growing confidence in Ethereum’s yield and long-term prospects.
The exit queue is a rate-limiting mechanism in Ethereum’s proof-of-stake system. It controls the pace at which validators can fully exit the network to maintain stability and prevent sudden withdrawals. A zero queue means any validator ready to unstake can proceed without backlog delays.

Data sourced from beaconcha.in, shows the exit queue at 0 ETH with no wait time. By contrast, the entry (deposit) queue holds approximately 2.48 million ETH, with validators facing waits of around 43 days. This imbalance demonstrates robust demand to stake ETH.
As of the latest figures, roughly 40.9 million ETH is staked - representing about 33.55% of the total supply - across approximately 885,000 active validators, generating an average APR of 2.64%.
The exit queue previously peaked above 2.6 million ETH in September 2025 during times of market stress and shifting reward dynamics. Its complete clearance today suggests long-term stakers are increasingly confident in holding positions rather than exiting.

This development supports tighter ETH supply dynamics, as more capital flows into staking than leaves it. Such on-chain signals often reflect broader conviction in Ethereum’s ecosystem security and long-term value proposition.
Arkham provides powerful tools to track these dynamics in real time. Users can monitor validator flows, entity-level staking activity, top holders, and network metrics directly. Monitoring validator queues alongside price action and token flows offers valuable context for understanding network health and market sentiment.
